HEAD - SUPPORT
Abdul Latif is a seasoned professional with more than two & half decades of experience in manufacturing, technology and IT-enabled & BPO services. As the CRE lead, he has worked on green field projects and also in start-ups. He has extensive exposure & experience on projects, Operation & Maintenance of large sites and remotely managing multiple delivery locations.
Latif has been managing the Corporate Real Estate & Support Services for over 15 years in this role including strategic planning and execution & manages all corporate real estate transactions globally. He manages the transaction process end-to-end, including strategy development, project planning. He also ensures compliance with corporate standards and procedures related to design and manages Corporate Lease Management / Administration and occupancy monitoring..
Latif has done his Masters in Social Work from Jamia and LL.B from University of Delhi, majoring in HR & Corporate Laws.
HEAD - MIDDLE OFFICE
Amit leads the Solutions Team for Tech Mahindra Business Process Services (TechMBPS). He is responsible for turning customer requirements into successful & innovative solutions. Amit works with the Delivery and Sales teams across the globe in identifying opportunities to "Co-Create & Innovate", thus creating value for our customers.
A multidisciplinary executive with a demonstrated ability to create measurable value via sustainable operating models, revenue generation, profit optimizations and global partnerships in highly competitive markets, Amit has been with TechMBPS for the last 10 years & has been instrumental in our growth journey. He has been leading the charter for expanding in new geographies and acquisitions for BPS. He has successfully led 2 acquisitions and set up of 20+ Delivery centers across the Globe.
Amit has championed the Shared Service Model for our customers and has helped them in their transformation journeys. At the same time, he has also consolidated all internal support functions into a consolidated & standardized Shared Service Unit which includes areas like Finance & Accounting, Visa & Immigration, Service Desk etc.
Amit loves new ideas, new concepts and new ways of doing things. That is what he does at Tech Mahindra. The concepts of "Employee Care" & "Out of the Box Thinking" are integrated deeply in his DNA. All this has won him multiple awards including the prestigious Business Creator & Unique Creation Award. Another notable achievement is winning the first prize from Mahindra Group & Ross School of Business, Michigan University for his project on creating a new business model generating non-linear revenue.
With over 17 years of work experience, Amit has extensive experience in areas of BPO (customer service & Tier 1 helpdesk), Consulting & Software Development. In his career span he has worked with organizations like EXL Services, TELUS International & 24/7 Customer & has significant management experience in building, running & ramping up businesses across the Globe. He is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt & Aspect Certified WFM Professional.
Amit enjoys muscle cars, classic rock (Pink Floyd, The Eagles), concerts, the ocean and sunshine.
HEAD - FINANCE
Anil heads the Finance function of Business Process Services (BPS) at Tech Mahindra Ltd & leads the Finance, Legal & Facilities function of Tech Mahindra Business Services Ltd. (TechMBS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra providing customer management services to Fortune-100 companies. He has spent 15 years in the organization and has been among the key personnel for setting up TechMBS.
Anil is engaged in profitability improvement, financial planning, working capital management, treasury, taxation including litigation, contract negotiations & risk management. He has been instrumental in creating fiscal discipline in the finance function & operational competence in facilities function. He partners with business heads & contributes to their business & pricing strategies.
Anil is passionate about driving automation in areas which can result in efficiencies and customer delight. He has transformed functions under his domain by encouraging massive automation resulting in quick outcomes, accurate information and prompt decision making.
He has 25 years of work experience spanning in areas such as tax consulting, financial services, telecom, IT &, ITeS. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant & Company Secretary.
Birendra leads Tech Mahindra Business Services (TechMBS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra providing Customer Management Services to Fortune-100 companies. He has spent 12 years in the organization, managing multiple portfolios.
Birendra has been instrumental in driving Digital Transformation at TechMBS, led the integration of TechMBS with Tech Mahindra post acquisition and has led the overall growth journey of TechMBS. He has led large transformation programmes for customers that have led to significant improvement in Customer Experience, Reduced Costs and Increased Profitability for our clients.
Birendra is passionate about driving digital transformation in the customer management world and making TechMBS a great place to work. He incubated Carexa, Tech M's proprietary Customer Management Framework which is loved by our customers. Under his stewardship, TechMBS has been recognized as one of the world's greatest places to work by Gallup.
For his outstanding contribution to the overall business, Birendra was recently awarded the Tech Mahindra Associate of the year.
He has 17 years of work experience spanning industries like Financial Institutions, IT, ITeS and Telecom. He is a Bachelor in Engineering from NIT, Bhopal and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Lucknow.
HEAD - ENTERPRISE GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Narinder is a Global Delivery Head with Tech Mahindra Business Process Services and is responsible for managing global service delivery for enterprise (Retail, HLS, BFSI, Manufacturing) accounts. He carries a rich blend of more than 26 years of experience in managing large and complex BPO engagements.
He provides strong strategic focus, direction and operational leadership to the team. Narinder has global experience in delivering operational excellence, setting up robust systems and processes and delivering high impact improvement projects. He has managed to successfully turnaround businesses and grow businesses from scratch by building strong teams. Narinder has managed, under his leadership, more than 200 different programs and has successfully delivered to the expectations of his clients. He has also led his clients successfully in the transformational journey of their engagements with Tech Mahindra.
Narinder has worked for organizations such as Xerox, HCL and PCL before joining Tech Mahindra BPS.
He holds a master's degree in Management and is a graduate in Engineering.
HEAD SALES - EMEA
Prabhjinder leads Sales for the EMEA region for Business Process Services (BPS) at Tech Mahindra.
An astute and diligent sales leader having spent over 10 years at Tech Mahindra across a variety of market making roles, he is currently responsible for driving growth in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Prabhjinder has been responsible for the launch and customer onboarding for Tech Mahindra's operations in greenfield locations spanning across Hungary, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Germany.
Prabhjinder has over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry with exposure to a variety of industries spanning FS, Telecom, Retail and CPG, Manufacturing and Healthcare amongst others across Tier 1 service providers and has been helping CXOs transform their operations underpinned by enhancement of Customer Experience and Increase in growth and profitability using Next Generation offerings with industry recognised Automation, and Robotics, BPaaS and partner enabled solutions..
Prabhjinder is a Bachelor in Engineering from IIT, Banaras and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Calcutta.
HEAD - TRAINING
Richa's work experience has largely been in the outsourcing industry. Her professional experience spans multiple countries and several sectors including Telecommunications with major assignments in outsourcing domain. She has been instrumental in developing and executing global learning strategies.
Managing end to end learning solutions along with successful implementation of alternate learning methodologies have been a major highlight of her illustrious career. Her ability to merge internal branding and marketing strategies with learning and development is regarded as a great value addition to the associated organizations. She has been a catalyst of leadership to leader shift in talent management. Richa has also has handled the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Office at Tech Mahindra.
Richa holds over 16 years of extensive experience in learning and development with leading multinational corporations such as GE capital and HCL.
She is recognized for her ability to deliver in familiar and unfamiliar circumstances and excels in building and managing teams. In the domain of Learning and Development, she is acknowledged as an authority and is also deeply connected with the ecosystem around the outsourcing industry.
Richa has had a vital role to play in the execution of the Corporate Social Responsibility activities across the organization and has contributed greatly in driving employee engagement initiatives in Tech Mahindra.
Ritesh is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in technology and technology-enabled business services. He has worked across the IT services, BPO, SaaS/ BPaaS, outsourced product development, engineering research and development, and automation/ cognitive computing businesses.
He has worked in start-ups, growth and turnaround environments, and has built billion-dollar businesses from scratch. He is one of a few executives globally with exposure to both services (applications, infrastructure and process) and product businesses. He has worked in large public companies, and in VC/ PE backed private companies.
Ritesh, until recently, was an independent advisor to Boards/ CEOs and leadership teams of a number of public and private mid-size businesses across different areas of value creation (strategy, growth, go to market, sales enablement, marketing and branding, capital raise and operational improvements). Before this, Ritesh spent more than 12 years at Infosys (NYSE:INFY), where he was one of the members of the executive leadership team that took the revenues from $100 million in 1999 to $8 billion in 2012.
Ritesh is an MBA from FMS, New Delhi, majoring in Finance and Marketing, and a post graduate honors diploma holder in Systems Management as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Economics and Accounting. He has also completed the Executive Development Program at Wharton Business School. Ritesh also serves on the Board of Rutgers University's Design Thinking and Customer Experience Program.
SV SRIRAM (SVS)
HEAD - INDIA BUSINESS
SV Sriram (or SVS as he is popularly known) is the Senior Vice President for Business Process Services (BPS) at Tech Mahindra. SVS is an accomplished and mission-oriented leader with an impressive experience of over 30 years in directing operations, projects, and setting up new initiatives and ventures.
SVS has proven dexterity in leading huge teams and managing global customers. At Tech Mahindra, SVS heads delivery for domestic BPS programs. SVS was instrumental in setting up the BPS business at Tech Mahindra and growing the business from 0 to 14000 plus. He set up the BPS delivery centers at Chennai, Chandigarh, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Vizag, Ahmedabad and Noida in India. He also set up African centers at Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Malawi, Congo DRC, Congo B and Gabon.
Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, SVS served as an Executive Vice President at HCL Technologies America where he headed an onsite business consulting team.
HEAD - COMMUNICATIONS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Sohit heads the CME (Communication, Media & entertainment) vertical at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services (BPS).
Sohit has been instrumental in driving business growth across all major geographies via his astute focus on Customer Relationship and Delivery Excellence. A strong proponent of doing things differently, he has led the adoption of new age technologies in various aspects of the BPS business cycle - benefitting all the stakeholders - clients, customers and the organization. A lot of his initiatives focus on deployment of industry leading platforms, robotics, AI tools & Analytics to bring about significant cost transformation and customer experience enhancement.
Sohit's exemplary people focus has led to the creation of a strong and high performing motivated workforce. He has won multiple awards including the prestigious BPS Leadership award at Tech Mahindra.
Prior to Tech Mahindra, Sohit has had professional stints at GE Shipping, India's largest private sector shipping company and vCustomer, a leading third party Customer Management Solution provided at that time.
In a career spanning more than 2 decades, he has held leadership positions in diverse industries such as BPS, and Shipping & Logistics. Sohit did his schooling from the prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer and holds a Masters in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
HEAD - HUMAN RESOURCES
Suchitra Kerkar heads HR for Tech Mahindra Business Process Services (BPS) and its subsidiary organizations. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for TechMBS (subsidiary company of BPS).
She started off her journey in TechM family as a part of the TechMBS team since Oct 2011 while it was Hutchison Global Services and has played a key role over the last few years in shaping the People agenda for the organization. In her current role, she is responsible for the overall People Function areas that cover facets of talent management including acquisition, engagement and development. Her key achievements include introduction of innovative people practices and policies and opportunities for people to learn and grow. Under her leadership, we have been awarded by Gallup as a "Great place to work" twice over in 2016 and 2017.
Suchitra comes with an experience of over 25 years in the field of HR. She holds a Master Degree in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work from TISS. In her past, she has been associated with Manufacturing, IT and BPO organizations with brands such as IBM, WNS, Xansa and Otis Elevators. She is a post graduate from TISS and is a certified Executive Coach from ICF with a PCC credential.
She is a firm believer that people are key enablers of change and harnessing their talent is a critical step towards culture building. Her objective is to find the spark to make people feel incredible about themselves and ignite their passion to giving them a meaning in life. This in turn will influence and impact them to deliver the best in their careers.
GLOBAL HEAD ALLIANCES & SALES HEAD - AMERICAS, APC & ANZ
Vishal Kapoor is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Alliances for Tech Mahindra Business Process Services (TechMBPS).
Vishal has over 18 years of extensive experience in multiple geographies including Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas. He has deep experience in business transformation and consulting for the IT and BPO/ KPO spaces with a focus on Product Management, Analytics, Digital, Marketing, Operations and P&L leadership in diverse industries.
Prior to Tech Mahindra, Vishal led various business and initiatives across Concentrix, Dell and Wipro. At Concentrix he was responsible for Sales, Digital and Analytics. At Dell he was responsible for Global Sales and Transformation services. At Wipro he headed the strategic business unit for Transformation Services that was chartered with delivering strategy and differentiated solutions for next generation customer experience. Prior to that, Vishal was responsible for large account management in the Hi-Tech/Media & Entertainment vertical for Wipro.
In his early years Vishal worked in the Technology and Services industries with responsibilities traversing Sales & Account Management, Marketing and Revenue Management.
